By creating an account or using TalkCabin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to use TalkCabin. By signing up, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.
TalkCabin is a live-video dating and matching service. Users can discover and video-chat with other users, exchange text messages with confirmed matches, and invite people they know via email or SMS as "crushes." Accounts may be real (email or phone identifier) or device-bound guest accounts.
You are solely responsible for your profile information, photos, live video streams, audio, text messages, crush-invite messages, and any other content you create or share.

We enforce these rules with zero tolerance. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement where required.
Our full Community Standards are part of these Terms. Please read them before going live or contacting other users.
TalkCabin provides in-app reporting and blocking tools. If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, report it. We review reports as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Investigating reports may include reviewing the reported user's profile, photos, and message or call history. We may also restrict or ban accounts without a prior report when we identify a violation. Blocking a user removes your match and chat history with that user and prevents future matching.
You may create a real account using a valid email address or phone number, or a device-bound guest account. Guest accounts can be converted to real accounts at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app; deletion anonymizes your profile and removes most associated data. Moderation report records may be retained after deletion as required by law or for safety.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content on TalkCabin, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service. You may delete your account or content to end this license for future use, except where we are required to retain content by law or for safety.
TalkCabin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Live video is peer-to-peer and never recorded by us; however, we cannot prevent another user from capturing content outside the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkCabin and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of TalkCabin.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkCabin from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using TalkCabin.
